Our Process

We are a precision manufacturer, not a design engineering firm. Understanding how we work before you reach out will save us both time — and help you get a faster, more accurate quote.

What We Need to Quote Your Part

To provide a quote, we require a complete engineering blueprint that includes:

  • Part geometry and dimensions
  • Material specification
  • Tolerances
  • Surface finish requirements
  • Any additional processes required (heat treating, plating, etc.)

If your print has all of this, we’re ready to talk.

What We Don’t Do

We want to be straightforward about our limitations so you can make the best decision for your project.

We do not design parts. Our engineering expertise is manufacturing engineering — we determine the best methods to produce your part to your print. Design engineering is outside our scope.

We do not reverse engineer parts. If you have a worn or broken part and no blueprint, we are not the right shop for you. We require a complete print with clearly stated requirements.

We do not recommend materials. Material selection is an engineering decision that affects the performance and safety of your application. We are not qualified to make that recommendation, and we won’t. Your material must be specified on your print.

We do not service or repair equipment. We are a custom manufacturer — we produce new parts to print for industrial customers. If you are looking for equipment repair or service, we are not the right fit.

Early in Your Design Process?

If you’re an engineer still finalizing your design, we’re happy to have a conversation about manufacturability. Understanding how a part will be made can help you make better design decisions before your print is finalized. Reach out and let’s talk.

Our Quoting Process

  • Submit your RFQ with a complete print attached, preferably in PDF. If you have a STEP file, please send that also.
  • We review your print to confirm it’s something we can and want to manufacture
  • If we can’t quote it, we’ll let you know promptly so you’re not left waiting
  • If we can quote it, we’ll get back to you as quickly as our current workload allows — typically within a few business days for straightforward parts, longer for complex ones
  • Once you approve the quote, we schedule your order and get to work

Who We Work With

We serve industrial manufacturers, machinery builders, defense suppliers, and OEMs across a range of industries. We work best with customers who have defined parts, complete prints, and a clear application — and who value a manufacturing partner that takes quality seriously.
