With our 5-axis milling capabilities, we can perform multiple machining operations from a single set up, including drilling and tapping holes in any pattern and cutting keyways, slots, and flats. By carrying out all necessary machining processes from a single setup, we achieve a very high degree of repeatable precision and accuracy. With our diversified CNC machining capabilities, we can mill parts with dimensions of up to 20.0” in length x 60.0” in width x 25.0” in height. Our turning capacity allows us to supply parts measuring as large as 27.0” in diameter x 120.0” in length. As an accomplished manufacturer of gears and shafts with critical quality requirements, we develop work holding solutions and cutting tool strategies that enable us to uphold tolerances as close as ±0.0001”. We have the ability to machine many types and grades of metal and plastic. The most common materials we machine are carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and various bronzes.
