1972 Leo retires and sells the company to his sons: Steve, Mike, & Rick
1982 Tracey Gear acquires Simon Gear of Agawam, MA
1987 Tracey Gear acquires Enterprise Shafting of Pawtucket, RI

Tracey Gear & Precision Shaft moves to 740 York Avenue Pawtucket, RI
